With the highlight sadly yet again on domestic violence, in hopes to crush the limiting beliefs of those women who may be in a toxic/abusive relationship, I wanted to shine some light on the males out there who are freaking fabulous 
....
....I know how sticky toxic relationships can be. I know how it creeps up on you until you are in so deep. I know the shame and the way it numbs you out. And I know there will be women reading this right now (with Facebook perfect relationships!) who know exactly what I mean 
I also remember with the media highlight so often on ‘negative masculinity’, I actually started to believe it was almost normal.
But it’s not!
Not all men are the same.
There’s actually plenty of ‘good ones’ out there.
And you do deserve (and can find!) better 
So here’s a shout out to the men out there who are prepared to love a partner (properly!), protect them and support every crazy little thing they decide to do, without them needing to walk on eggshells.
The men who encourage us to communicate our emotions rather than gaslighting.
To the ones who will build us up instead of putting us down.
You fine gentlemen, are what the world needs to see more of!! 
I hope more amazing women find you all.
