Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from the sunny Gold Coast, Australia!
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, it’s a flat $9.95 for general shipping. Need it fast? Express shipping is just $15.
How quickly do you process orders?
We know you’re excited to receive your new Love Is pieces, so we pack and handle orders within 24 hours. Quick and easy!
What is your clothing made of?
Our clothing is 100% linen, sustainably made, and non-toxic. Each piece is crafted with love in beautiful Bali, Indonesia.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Oh no!! Most of our items are limited collections so the best way to secure the set your heart loves is to get in quick! However, it's absolutely worth messaging us on socials or via email hello@loveis-themission.com.au and letting us know which pieces you want to see more of! We may just put it on our re-order list!
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can! As long as the item hasn’t been worn and the tags are still attached, we’re happy to exchange it. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, and it must be tracked.
Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds if the product is faulty. No refunds for change of mind, but don’t worry—we pride ourselves on top-notch quality, and every item is thoroughly checked, and then documented, before shipping.

How do I know what size to order?
Check out our sizing chart for the best fit! Our pants are generally true to size, and our shirts have a loose, relaxed fit—perfect for that effortless vibe.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. Our international shipping rate to NZ is $17. Hold tight if you are hoping to get your hands on a Love Is piece but are living somewhere else, it’s in our pipeline but unfortunately not a reality just yet!
Do you support any charities?
Yes! A portion of our sales go directly back to smaller charities supporting victims and raising awareness of intimate partner violence (IPV). We believe in uplifting the underdogs—the smaller shelters and charities that often rely solely on donations. If you know of a great one that needs more support, we'd love to hear about them either through email or via socials!
