Returns Policy
At Love Is, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we get that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's the lowdown on our returns policy:
Exchanges
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for another size or style as long as:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The tags are still attached.
- You request the exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Exchange
- Email us at hello@loveis-themission.com.au to start the exchange process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or something equally protective).
- Return postage is at your expense, and we strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. We can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out your new selection!
Refunds
We only offer refunds if the item is faulty. Here’s what you need to know:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you believe there’s an issue.
- We’ll need some details and possibly a photo or two to verify the fault.
- If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll cover the return postage and process your refund to the original payment method.
Tampering or Customer-Caused Damage
We take pride in the quality of our garments, and we want them to arrive in perfect condition. Refunds will not be issued if the item has been tampered with or damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alterations by the customer. Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment to keep it looking its best.
No Change of Mind Refunds
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. Our sizing chart is there to help, and if you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out!
Need Help?
Rest assured, our returns policy aligns with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the issue is minor, we’ll repair the item within a reasonable time. If we can’t repair it, we’ll offer you a refund or replacement.
